The book of the evening will be their newest children’s book called “Anna and the Goat Foot Woman: A Story of Gratitude Inspired by Caribbean Folktales.” In this book perfect for all young readers, this mother-daughter duo tackles the important life lesson of having gratitude while sharing the wonders of Caribbean folklore.
As a native, Angela Golden Bryan is no stranger to writing stories steeped with the U. S. Virgin Islands’ rich culture. You will see that in all of her previous works such as, “James and the Fireburn: An Anti-bullying and Human Rights Story Inspired by Caribbean History” and “Fireburn The Screenplay: A story of passion ignited, based on the history of St. Croix,” which she also turned into a documentary.
