Join us this Friday, January 17th for our first book signing and reading of the year with the enterprising Dr. Dacia P. Hastings Proctor, @thetalkdr.📚

The book of the evening will be her debut called “Life after the Pandemic: 7 Tips for Coping Emotionally in an Uncertain World.” Within this book contains 7 practical tips on how to quiet the noise of the outside world, and focus and find peace in understanding what exactly you can control as an individual in a more healthier manner. Born and raised on St. Croix, Dr. Dacia understands the importance of creating resources for those having emotional/mental struggles as she is a private practicing psychotherapist in Washington, DC and Maryland.
